Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Where returns are accepted

We currently accept returns from the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

• Returns that arrive used, damaged, or outside the window aren’t eligible.

• No restocking fees.
